Luxembourg 2005 - 2 Euro Commemorative Coin - Grand Dukes Henri and Adolphe

The coin features, on the left side of its inner part, the effigy of His Royal Highness Grand Duke Henri, in profile facing right, and, on the right side, the effigy of the former Grand Duke Adolphe. These effigies are surmounted by the legend, inscribed in a semicircle, GRAND DUKE OF LUXEMBOURG. The text HENRI * 1955 ADOLPHE 1905 appears below their respective effigies. On the outer circle of the coin, the twelve stars surrounding the design are placed between the letters of the word LËTZEBUERG. The date 2005 is inscribed below, along with the mint mark and the letter S.
